Rest assured as a landlord You will be refunded within the first 7 business days of the following month. You can choose to receive the refund via direct deposit into your nominated account or directly into your municipal account.

How do I load my prepaid meter?

Simply purchase a voucher as stated below.
Dependent on the type of purchase you will receive a 20 digit code via sms
Punch in these 20 digits on your meter keypad
You now have electricity/water!

There are three ways to purchase prepaid vouchers:

Purchase vouchers online through our trusted partners, including banks and other online platforms.
